Spent the majority of her working life caring for people as a nurse. She worked her way up the seniority to training roles, then management and eventually business operation and ownership. She changed career focus when she relocated to the Gold Coast in 2016 and brought that caring attitude to operate the letting side of her Management Rights business.
Her business has expanded into general property management outside of the complexes to encompass properties on the Gold Coast and Tweed region.
Violet has brought that personal level of care to the service that her business offers. She does this by her own actions but also via the systems that she requires any associates that work under her to follow. She feels very passionate about the level of service provided by her business and has "moved on" individuals that have not provided the expected expertise and skillset.
